Strength training recommendations

Can anyone recommend an online trainer for strength training and core strengthening/pilates please (ideally hand weights rather than bands, and not necessarily the same trainer/place for both)? I'm mid 40's, and looking for something that has sessions ideally 20ish minutes. I already have a fitness subscritpion that I use every day but there are not so many strength sessions included. I'm fairly time poor and coupled with my existing workouts I need bite-size workouts. Many thanks!

For strength training, Caroline Girvan is the best out there, IMO.

A softer option is Growingannanas.

Evolve You app. A few trainers on there with programs you can follow. Lots of strength and other training forms included

Although it's aimed at runners, it doesn't matter if you run or not - Strength and Conditioning and Yoga is a good app. Run by an elite runner called Carla Molinaro. There is a 7 day free trial and it includes a weekly strength and a weekly yoga video, plus a library of bonus videos. It's £99 for the year (or £10 a month).

For pilates, you could look at the Fluidform at Home app - it's £12 a month and has a two week trial.
