Does anyone have recommendations?

I'm looking to get back into exercise, I used to run three times a week outdoors up to 7k usually 5k (maybe an indoor cardio routine for the rainy days). I would like to build in some variety, strength, maybe some Pilates or yoga. But don't have much time so ideally I' like to start on 10-20 min workouts that I can fit in at beginner level ad work up.

Is there anyone to follow who would fit the bill, or favorites for different types of exercise.

Thanks

The Jillian Michaels App is great, has all her workout dvds on there, but also you can input how much time you have, the equipment you have access to and it'll make you your own routine, you can also switch out exercises IE if you have knee problems and can't get up and down easily. The app has HIT, yoga, boxercise etc plus nutritional meal plans.

Other than that I like refit revolution (Zumba-esque) when first returning to exercise as a gentle reintroduction and then Fitness blender for HIT

@Singleandproud Is Jillian Michaels the 30 day shred? I did that about 15 years ago! Loved it, thank you will definitely check that out. I also loved Zumba when I was able to get out for evening classes so will look at refit revolution. Thank you.

Yes, that's the 30 day shred woman, there are tonnes of videos on the app, it's £33 every 3 months so much cheaper than the gym and there's a free trial so you could try first.

You could look at Carla Molinaros SCY app. She does a weekly strength and a weekly yoga session and has various bonus videos. It costs £10 a month. If you get back into running as well it will be the perfect complement.

Also has a free 7 day trial.

Yoga with Uliana is great for short workouts and she has a couple of 30 day series at 10- 15 mins which are beginner friendly.
