Hi all. I pulled a muscle in my back about 3 weeks ago, it’s a lot better now but still twinges when I bend down and I don’t feel like I have full use of it. It’s more achy than painful but I can definitely feel it.
I went to see a physio who diagnosed IT band issues (this is a recurrent thing for me) but said i would ‘probably’ be ok doing some light jogging.
does anyone have any advice/experience of this? I’m currently 3 months pp and was so excited to start a couch to 5k, but would feel like an idiot if I really hurt myself again.
