Spinning - coccyx

Recently taken up spinning and it seems to be affecting my coccyx. It’s achey if I sit for a while, and have to rotate from cheek to cheek. Is there anything I’m doing wrong?

It’s not my coccyx that gave out but my vulva, either absolute agony or about to get very….excited? It’s all that bouncing about in the dark.
Either way I found wearing the thickest tenna lady to pad out the area helps enormously.

Those seats were definitely invented by a man.

That or check your seat and handle bar hight?

Yes, definitely men seats!

Try getting some padded cycle shorts, and, I don’t know if it’s possible, but can you tip the seat forward slightly so it’s at an angle?
I cycle a lot and it’s incredibly uncomfortable at first sitting for so long. You do get used to it though

I’m already wearing padded shorts, and no, you can’t tilt the seat. The handles won’t come as close as my bike handles do either. But thanks.
