Peleton? Bike or tread?

I would like to reboot my health. I am overweight and rarely exercise. A couple of years ago I did couch to 5k and enjoyed that but I'm not really motivated to go out running in the cold and dark.

I was thinking about an exercise bike or treadmill.
Does anyone have experience of peleton or other brands.

I thought the bike was so good that I then bought the tread!

Love my bike, I have the plus version and it’s great for swivelling to do strength classes. I don’t have space for a tread unless I build a garden room.

Bike for me as I need something low-impact. I think it also has a smaller footprint than the Tread but don’t quote me. I have a referral code that would get £200 off for you and a couple of months free subscription for me. DM me if you want it.

Concept 2 rowing machine is better. It does all of your body.

I love the bike. I'm happy jogging outdoors but not cycling. The classes are great!

Agree. I also like the fact there are lots of pre-programmed workouts to choose from. I generally do the WOD so no thinking required.

i have a treadmill as well. I usually do a 5k walk while I send emails, do my shopping etc.

then the concept 2 WOD while I watch a bit of tv. It’s usually about 30 mins so I can fit it in somewhere.
