The middle weeks of C25K - but for longer?

I have followed couch to 5k many many times over the years, but find the longer runs difficult to motivate myself to commit to.

I very much enjoy the week 5/week 6 runs which are between 5 mins/10 mins with walking in between and I think I could begin to run further if I followed this run/walk routine for more intervals.

Is there an app/programme that looks like this? Something like couch to 5k with the coaching and keep going messages? 😁

I just go back and repeat those runs. I also tend to skip W5R3 as I like some of the W6 runs

There's an app called Seconds that I've used to create my own interval runs. You can set the timers for as long as you like and create your own.

I just repeat weeks until I feel comfortable running for longer.

I've wondered so many times if week 8? I think it's week 8 is wrong, because the jump up is huge, and then it seems to drop down again. I haven't listened for a few years, but I think week 8 its suddenly a 20 min run! I've never managed to complete the course Blush
