Easing into it

Please can anyone recommend an at home workout programme with a way of easing into it- maybe something that starts light and builds up intensity? I have not exercise consistently in a number of years - mid thirties and slightly overweight. I did Chloe Ting programme recently which used to be my favourite but ended up with pain in knee so I stopped :(

Les mills on demand is good but you have to pay. The main thing about exercising is getting the correct technique to avoid injury and pain. I would start looking up on YouTube videos that deal with technique then build up. Kettle bell workouts are good. Loads free on YouTube too.
