I’ve just finished my first week! Although I’ve only done 2 runs a week not 3 as swam the other days. Just wondering if there is anyone else doing this at the moment and wanted a support thread.

Saw this in active convos and came in to say “stick with it!” I did C25K 2 years ago and now run 22km/week and never felt better!
