Nintendo Switch Ring Fit for daily exercise/ getting fitter

Hello,

Has anyone used the Nintendo Switch Ring Fit to exercise and get fit? I would really love to hear about your experiences as I bought one and intend to start using it for my -hopefully- daily exercise.

Hi! I used one of these during COVID for fun workouts at home, I really enjoyed it. Now go to the gym and yoga/swim instead and have given it to my SIL but it's definitely a good starting point to building up some regular exercise, especially if you don't do much at the moment, and doing the movements will help you work out which areas you need to target and how. I liked the ringfit adventure game. For me it was a useful tool at the start of my fitness journey, even though I have moved on now, if you see what I mean.

@Newtogym Thanks for sharing your experience. I know that they were very popular during lockdown. I intend to make it a daily habit if I can. I have lots of fitness equipment at home but use them rarely. I am very competitive in games so hopefully this will help me stick to the habit!
