New to the gym, is a bum bag horrendous?

So I need glasses to look at weights, carry my AirPod Case and gym membership card and so on. Saw a woman with a tiny runners style bum bag on today and wondered if that would be any good? Anybody got any ideas?

It's not horrendous, but I find that most people just put the bulk of their stuff in the locker and then just carry about the little bits. Could you streamline what you have? For example our membership card just goes in your Apple wallet so that's one less thing. I find people at our gym are less judgy than you'd think so just do whatever works!

Nothing wrong with a bum bag! It's a good way to have everything you need with you and definitely a safe place for your glasses!

Some gyms have little shelves for glasses next to the equipment. I take a little tote bag for a bottle, towel, phone snack. You need a towel on the equipment anyway

It's fine. I have a waist phone holder thing for running. I won't be winning any style awards, but it holds my massive phone, my house key and on ocassion, emergency boiled sweets.

Just make sure you can fit it tight enough that it isn't pinging around or it'll get on your nerves.

I used to have an armband holder but it made me run weird

I won't buy leggings without a pocket now.

Yes I’ve got one pair of them and that is good. I’m wearing shorts at the moment though.
