So we have just built a gym at our home and I have been using it last week quite a few times and 30min yesterday and 45min today. I am doing really good exercise routines on the bike. I have quite a bit of belly fat, but lean legs but today my stomach is already starting to look flat. Whereas last few weeks I have been really embarrassed thinking it looks like I am pregnant. I don’t understand how it could be making a difference already? I have also been eating healthy. I am wondering what exactly is happening that I am feeling so great but starting to look leaner as well? I just don’t understand how this is possible. Is the exercise helping somehow with bloating? Or tensing the stomach muscles and helping me stand straight making me look leaner? I felt like this last week as well (not quite this good though) and then didn’t exercise for 5 days because I was so sore and was feeling really big and not good again.
