Recommendations for sports bra

I'm getting into running and bounce classes as I want to lose weight. I'd like a decent sports bra without spending a fortune. There's a lot of choice out there and not sure where to start so would like some recommendations

What size are you?

I am a 32DD and I wear a Shock Absorber multi sport for yoga, Zumba, roller skating, badminton etc. I'm not a runner. Two clasps at the back each with 3-hook fasteners to adjust the fit. Washes and wears really well.

Bought this after seeing a recommendation on another thread and it's excellent.

@JamMakingWannaBe depends on the retailer but around a 32ff. I guess I may be sized out of some of the cheaper brands. I'll look in to Shock Absorber

I like panache ultimate underwired in 36GG

I'm a 32F and have both the Shockabsorber and the Anita. I prefer the Anita if that is useful.

The Shockabsorber creates a sort of shelf whereas the Anita is a bit more 'lift and separate' Grin

They also do a larger cup sizes version of the same bra. I have the 34F from the first one I posted and really rate it. As do the reviews on both. Recommend it to everyone.

I second the M&S one. Really holds you down!

I don't remember the exact brand of mine but it came from Bravissimo. Not cheap, but worth it. (32H here, I need a good one)
