Four Weeks: Lose Weight > Tone > Look Hot. Who's in? Any advice?

I have a retreat in a few weeks - starting on June 15th - that will involve outdoor activities, swimming and yoga. I want to drop a few pounds, tone up and look hot 😅

I'm not too bothered about weight - as in what the scales actually say. My goal is to tone. But to actually see any toning, I need to shed a bit of weight.

Ideally, I'd like to drop about 8lbs (3.6kg) but I'm not sure that's feasible. I'll try but my main goal is to tone.

ATM, I do an hours boxing training on the weekend and then a half-hour HIIT class on Tuesday evenings which is a mix of cardio and weights-based exercised.

My plan is:

  • Eat 1,500 calories per day.
  • Add another HIIT-type workout on Thursdays, maybe a kitchen job.
  • Cut down sugar dramatically.
  • Don't drink any alcohol.
  • Add some core exercises on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in between HIIT and boxing activities.

Anyone with me on my journey to hotness?

I'm afraid you lost me at HIIT training!

What's a kitchen job?

If you build up to 20-30 push ups a day and 50 sit ups a day, every day, it will take about 5-10 mins and make a massive difference to your arms and waist.

A kitchen job is me doing a home made HIIT workout in my kitchen 😮

Yes, more sit ups and push-ups are absolutely necessary 😭
