I run and do some yoga (at home) but I want to add 2 or 3 weekly workouts (at home) where I can gain strength and build a bit of muscle (as I hit my late 40s)

not sure what type of workout I’m looking for really! I used to quite like body pump in my pre covid gym days, though I’d rather do shorter workouts than those used to be. Would quite like short sharp sessions (15-30 min) as they’re much easier with my schedule. I Also used to enjoy ‘just’ lifting free weights. am happy to buy some free weights if any apps require them.

Have quite enjoyed Davina workouts in the past but is her app any good? Have heard Jillian Michaels is good? I know there is Joe Wicks obv but his seems quite pricey and I’m not a massive fan of his style.

Would rather not spend more than £10 a month if that’s realistic…

all recommendations v gladly received! I just don’t know where to begin. Happy with YouTube reccs too, doesn’t have to be an app! I love Adrienne and Kassandra yoga on YouTube way more than I’ve enjoyed any yoga app I’ve tried.

Peloton! If you want a 60 day free trial just PM me or there's loads on google (disclaimer it doesn't gain me anything)
It's £12.99 after the trial

There is running and walks (audio), barre, yoga, weights, body weight, stretching, mediation anything from 10-60 mins
I have the bike but I stack classes too so today I did 20 mins strength, a 10 min hip stretch and 10 min barre

The peloton app is great. Lots of classes - not just cycling! You can normally get a free trial. Classes are anything from 5 mins upwards. On demand and you can join in live classes if you like.

Just discovered a new app called iXRCISE, and it’s definitely worth checking out! It’s a dumbbell workout app available on the App Store. It gives the option to choose exercises for one or two dumbbells. You can even create your own custom workouts to suit your training style.
