Anyone done a Six Pack Revolution wave and is now doing Sculpt?

Just wanted to chat about it outside of the FB group.

I'll start by saying that SPR is fab - I was so thrilled with how I looked after my first wave end of last year, which I managed to maintain, and really hoping that Sculpt will give me great results too.

But I have to say I'm quite disappointed that the food is exactly the same this time around. And I can't help but think it's a little bit lazy that they haven't amended the recipes to state 'double protein' - they just tell you to do that in the FB group. It's all very well just doubling the protein but when you're not doubling anything else in the recipe, like the sauces, it makes the food really dry- it would've been better to formulate different recipes that incorporated double protein.

I didn't find the food hard at all on the first wave but as I'm not using MR shakes, I'm finding it difficult to stomach all the protein. I'm eating so much prawns, chicken and tuna, it's starting to make me gag a little bit!!

Anyone else struggling or any good tips??

I haven't done Sculpt so can't help I'm afraid, but I just finished the Signature programme a few weeks ago. I really loved it too and lost a stone. It also feels sustainable as I really like the recipes and having so many snacks/meals each day suits my greedy nature! Have been considering doing Sculpt but I must say the double protein did put me off a bit - I imagine it gets expensive too. At the moment I have one MR shake a day (the vegan strawberry one) and it does help me tick off the three meals. It is tasty and doesn't spike blood sugar apparently, so I don't know if that would make it easier.

It does get pricey - I am buying sooo much food!

Thanks for the tip re the vegan shakes - I tried them as for some reason, the normal MPRs made me feel really sick. Really wanted to like them and I’m not a fussy eater at all but I couldn’t get on with them.

I completed the January wave of Signature and like you am thrilled with the results. I signed up for May wave of Sculpt for more tone and strength-building and also to support my partner who is doing Signature for the first time. For that it’s good that the food is generally the same so we can eat the same meals together; however, like you the double protein is hard to stomach at times and I’m finding myself very low energy and hungry often like I need more calories / carbs. Was not that way with Signature as it was hard to eat all the meals. The coaches say to be sure to eat a starchy carb every day which I try to do. Seems there is a bit of refinement still needed for Sculpt regarding nutrition. It’s a brand new programme so I’ll give them some time to sort it and will share this feedback with them.

I felt like that on Sculpt. Got very lethargic about three quarters of the way in. The advice was to eat the more substantial snacks (like those containing eggs) as I was only really eating the fruit, yogurt and nut snacks. Seemed to help.

I got good results but can’t say I built as much muscle as I wanted. I do think some of the exercises would be more suited to dumbbells than kettlebells as when you get to heavier weights, the KBs are just too awkward to hold/pull on your wrists which often led to me dropping to a weight that was too light simply so I could hold the damn things properly!!
