I need a live, online, pay-as-you-go exercise provider

Needs to be live to motivated me and pay as you go as I may not stick at it and go to gym instead. I'd also love for it to be suitable for achey joints/badback/wobbly pelvic floor of an over 40 year old!

I'd be really grateful for any suggestions.

I wondered whether to mention Team BP as they're not live but another thumbs up here.

Motivation really isn't a big problem with them as there's such a variety there's always something that feels right for your mood. It's also easy to adjust a workout as you go if you find you've gone too easy or too difficult.
Try out their free membership for a while and see how you get on.

Yes, I may give them a look. I thought live may stop any procrastination!
