Best (easy) peloton strength training classes?

Hi all!

I got a peloton tread last year which has been relatively successful, been able to run 5km comfortably for the first time in my life and even gave me the confidence to join local running group.

i would quite like to start doing some strength training but figured body weight was a better way to start vs jumping into heavy weight lifting as I have zero body or core strength. I found the recommended peloton programme a bit difficult for my fitness level so was wondering if anyone had classes or an instructor they prefer? Extra points for it being quite cheesy pop music.

if anyone would like a 60 day free trial code or a referral for buying a tread and getting the free stuff let me know!

Have you tried the tread bootcamp classes? If you use the filter you can find bodyweight ones.

I've just had a quick look and if you filter class type to bodyweight and difficulty to beginner there are 11 classes to have a go at.

If you want to do strength classes separate to running then use the same filters in strength classes and there are 33 there.

Just gives you an idea of moves really

Oh and try the barre 10 min classes
I'm not saying they're easy and you will probably swear multiple times but it's 10 mins Grin

Thanks guys! I’ll have to have a look at those. I have filtered by beginner but even so there’s a massive range between easy beginner and hard beginner
