Hi all,
I'm looking in to getting started with this, interested in anyone's recent experience. I read the thread from 2020, seems like quite a mixed bag. I'm starting again with fitness after some illness, have had the all-clear so raring to get started!
I'm particularly interested in building my strength and flexibility, especially in my core.
In the past I've done C25k, YWA and Lucy Wyndham Reed with success, but fancy something fresh. I'm particularly interested in what the PTs offer as well.
