Garmin watch - intensity minutes for argument?

Does anyone else wear a garmin watch and find you can rack up intensity minutes by having arguments far more easily than you can with exercise? I've done whole online workouts before and got zero intensity minutes, but it is quite happy to dish them out for every row at home.

I got some for changing the duvet cover once. But i think that mostly tells you that your online workouts aren't very effective

Never get them for anything other than exercise although DH gets them for panic attacks 🙄

Mine is much more accurate for exercise since I connected an external heartrate monitor to it. It was fine for cardio but really all over the place for strength stuff before I added the HR monitor.

That's brilliant! I don't think I've managed that, I think with my watch the raised heart rate has to last ten minutes to count so maybe I should change it slower!

I can gain intensity minutes when I'm driving, my heart rate always goes up!

@taleasolasgrime oh dear the panic attacks can't be a nice way to get them.

@DrFoxtrot that's great, I wish I could get them driving!
