Blood pressure reading.

wondering if this is an okay reading ?

Think there is a blood pressure chart online, but looks normal to me, but I am no doctor but on bp medication

Yes they look fine I think 120/80 is whst you are aiming for but you are not far off I’ve had high blood pressure lately due to being ill and mine was 160/110 and doc wasn’t overly worried

That is normal. Does the booklet with the machine not give a guide? What has prompted you to check.

I'm wondering why you've taken measurements w/o educating yourself on how to interpret the results.
What were you expecting?

Very normal. But if you’re going to use it properly you need to be doing the readings 3 times a week at the same time of day 5 mins after resting. Then you’ll start to see what’s normal for you and you’ll know if it’s suddenly out of range for you. Some people do have a normal blood pressure that’s slightly higher or lower than the norm should be. (I have Addisons and lupus and have become a bit of an expert at taking my own readings)!
