I've got flabby upper arms and a once-in-a-lifetime holiday coming up in six weeks. Kicking myself for not starting sooner but ... is there any hope? I have 1kg and 2kg hand weights.
Does anyone know of any YouTube instructions that I could follow for a last-minute attempt at toning my arms?
Also need to work on middle and thighs if anyone has any suggestions, but due to the nature of my clothing, the arms are the most urgent need.
I do a lot of walking and gardening but otherwise am fairly sedentary.
