Wall Pilates

Have seen a few ads pop up on social media for this now and as I'm struggling to get to an actual Pilates class it seems like a good alternative.

Has anyone followed any online classes/ routines that they would recommend?

Hi @leepinglizards I actually succumbed to an ad. I don't normally but have been doing situps at home and thought I would build on this... I've signed up to 7 days with Better Me. There is a lot of stuff I won't use like logging food but there is a CBT section I might do. Anyway the sessions look good, here is a screen shot. I quite like the idea of doing it against something. Partner yoga has always appealed for this reason, but I don't have one of those so a wall will do!

Isn’t this just like chair yoga? I.e. unless you actually need physical support, the idea of the prop is just a gimmick to enable them to package up the routine to sell it to you withough having to supply you with something physical?

*without 😅

It's basically pilates, some of it needs a wall. The sessions arw wierd, no voice at all. And about 3 seconds to change routine. If you are totally new to it I don't know how you would know about zipping up through the core etc.

Thanks @MistySkiesAreGone I'll have a wee look
