Exercise with slight prolapse and muscle separation

Any other women with these issues after having their babies? I'm 52 now and desperately need to start exercising again but am so worried about making things worse. I can't afford gym membership or a personal trainer to guide me. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you been to your GP or seen a women’s health physio as they will be able to advise you.
There are lots of videos on YouTube for diastasis recti (muscle separation), Bodyfit by Amy is good

I have. GP told me she'd seen worse and it wasn't that bad. I'm definitely not myself anymore and none of that was reassuring. She also said a physio appointment would be impossible to get. I can't afford private.
