What are the best exercises /gym equipment to tone your butt?

Is it actually possible to improve the shape of it or am I doomed to retain it in its current form?

I'm finally kinda ok with my arse and thighs by my age (40s) its probably a waste of time worrying too much about it any more, but, I've been doing 2 classes a week ,and I recently attempted what looked like the most idiot proof equipment in the gym and although its mainly for health and fitness reasons I go, if i happen to end up with really strong thighs and a nicer arse I'm.not gonna cry about it 🤣

So if anyone has managed to improve things what did u do and how?

I am.a long standing poster BTW. T rex in asda, penis beaker, elderly Korean lady etc.. I'm not just after details of your backsides 😳

Your best bet is to follow Bret Contreras on insta/internet as he is the go to for exercises to improve your backside.

I shall look him up then thanks 🙂

Does your gym offer any intros to weight lifting? If you're serious about improving your glutes you need to get into lifting heavy.

Learn how to safely do things like hip thrusts and other things like glute biased leg press or split squats focusing on glutes rather than legs. Mine is still sizable due to poor diet, but after a year and getting to 150kg hip thrusts mine now has some pretty good muscle!

But it needs consistency and won't happen overnight.

Yeah I'm down to attend weight support sessions next week so hopefully they will be able to help with that.
