28 day weighted hulahoop challenge. Anyone want to join me?

Am starting Monday

30 mins a day.
(am also doing a bums/tums YouTube workout)

And also doing a high protein low carb diet.

Start weight 11st 5lbs at 5ft 5.

It took me a while.

It seems to prefer me thrusting rather than the expected circular hip movements 😂

Would love to join you but I can no longer hula hoop. I could when I was a kid. I bought a non weighed hoop a few years back and ended up giving it to a charity shop.

Morning!

Starting the day with a cold lemon water.

Not sure when I'm going to to the hoop but will be before 2pm
