Looking for a 20 min beginer yoga routine for flexibility

Hi, I'm looking for an approx 20 minute YouTube yoga routine that I can do 3 or 4 times a week. I know from previous attempts that I wont stick with a longer video. Main goal is to improve flexibility, which I hope will help prevent recurring injuries from running (jogging really!).
Some toning would be added bonus, particularly on flabby arms.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received, thank you.

Netflix has got a new set of yoga classes (partnership with Nike) if you have that. Worth a look?

Yoga with Kassandra is the one I use. There is a wide range of videos, and you can select by length.

Another vote for Yoga with Kassandra. I started off doing Yoga with Adriene but I much prefer Kassandra. She doesn't waffle as much! She is very chilled. She does a 30 day morning programme and a 30 day evening programme, which are beginner friendly, and all of the videos are about 15 minutes. If you do a search on her YouTube channel she has lots of beginner-friendly standalone videos as well.

Thanks all, I've started doing 1 weekly class locally and some Kassandra online classes. So far I'm really enjoying them. Just need to keep it up now!
