I'm looking for a good (ideally free or cheap) dance fitness app accessible to beginners
I just want to use it for cardio once a week, and I'm not looking to learn to dance so apps like Steezy aren't really what I'm after.
I used to do Zumba years ago and found it quite fun, I liked the fact that you didn't have to necessarily do it right and it was uplifting and upbeat.
I have 2 left feet and 0 coordination and have always found it hard to learn proper choreography, but I find dancing fun and it's probably the only way I'm going to trick myself into doing cardio!
I am otherwise fit (extensive strength training and regular walking) and I have no mobility restrictions, in case that's relevant
Has anyone got any tried and tested apps they can share please? 😊💃
