Hello, if you mean for the 30 days of yoga there most definitely is one! Lots on it too, there is a Yoga talk section on here where you'll find it. I don't know how to link I'm sorry!
Lots of people last year also carried on with daily/regular YWA. Come join us, there will be lots of support.
