I've downloaded NRC and like the look of the training plans as they are not all fixed to 12 weeks before a race. My half marathon is on 15th January, and I've just finished a Garmin plan for a 5K with a time goal.
From your experience is, is there any way I can synch the Nike training runs onto my watch so that it tracks my run, and beeps at the intervals etc in the same way as the Garmin workouts do? Or would need to have the app running and take my phone out with me like I used to before I had a running watch?
