Cross fit trainer

The cross fit is the only thing I will do in the gym. I've been doing it for about 3 months and I have lost weight but do I need to mix it up if I want to speed up my weight loss? Could I just continue doing 30 mins 5 x a week or will I stop seeing results eventually?

Is cross fit the cross trainer? You will keep building fitness on it, but 5 days a week is a lot, be careful over use injuries, could you do a bike some days to add variation and balance out other muscles?
in terms of weight, as you lose weight, you need fewer calories to maintain your weight. You will still burn calories, but again, with increased fitness, less for the same effort. Increase pace or duration to make it harder. But weight is really determined a huge amount by food.

Or do you mean that high intensity internal training? I think it’s fine to keep doing that.

Thanks for responding @Shopgirl1 I mean the epileptic trainer where you have to move your arms and legs.
I just like doing exercise on that as I can switch off! I have It on the highest intensity. It just helps me to escape everything. You are completely right about the calorie deficit...I just love food though!! But I get what you mean...maybe not eat as much therefore I don't have to exert myself 5 x a week .

Then my first answer applies. You will find you need to eat less to maintain weight as your weight reduces. The cross trainer is a great way to get low impact cardio in and burn some additional calories while building fitness. 30 minutes 5 times a week is fine, it’s not too much, it just might be good to mix it up with another exercise, and even drop one session and swap it for weights / strength training.

I love it too I feel like I'm flying. Although I've just started this week in level 1 for 20 minutes

try turning the resistance up, it shouldn't be that easy that you feel like you're flying 😂
