Joggers nipple and chafing

Hello......

Just wondering if anyone could offer some advice....

1/2 marathon and I'm finding nipple chafing and inner thigh chaffing....

Would appreciate cheap and cheerful remedies to both, and maybe a point in the right direction to prevent both....

Kind regards,
😁😁😁

Sports bra, crop top ?
And either use a "glide" stick on your chafed bits, or wear stretchy long shorts (like cycle shorts ) either on their own or underneath running shorts.

there are lots of online running forums for this sort of advice.

If you're wearing a sports bra (making the wild assumption you're a Woman) is it tight enough?

Mine is a Nike one, no fastenings, racer back crop top style, it's really tight and absolutely rock solid, they couldn't chafe if they tried 😂

Body Glide for thighs, inner arms etc

Former fitting sports bra for jogger's nipple (if female) plus use vaseline

Bloke? vaseline under a sticking plaster/tape

Second vote for the glide stick, but also you need to pick the right clothing. Different bodies will have different friction points, so identify your problem areas and figure out clothing solutions. I always wear tights (capri or full length) regardless of temperature to minimise inner thigh chafing- but still watch for where I seams fall and use glide stick as needed. A good sports bra is a must- shock absorber brand was my go to for distance runs (c/d cup, highly recommend!) again with plenty of glide. Test your race outfit in advance - I have had random issues with specific items (neck chafing?!).
