App that designs strength training programme?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend an app that creates a personalised weight training programme for you? I have just stopped working with a personal trainer, and whilst I could probably programme something myself I’d like someone else to create a progressive overload programme for me.
Happy to pay for a subscription as long as it’s not too pricey. Thanks

Fitbod looks quite good. I've done a free trial and found it straight forward

There are a few good apps out there. But I would suggest a subscription to a decent coach, as it would be more personalised.

I used the James Smith app and it was great.
They create programmes for you and you can adjust them as you go and talk to personal trainers whenever you need.
Also it has all the food, weight and progress checking tools.
It was very comprehensive and I am now in the fittest shape of my life for a long time time - but it take a year of work, but not really hard work once I got in the right mindset.

I'm also here with similar questions.

Thanks so much! I ended up signing back up with a coach for a little longer, but will definitely consider Fitbod and James smith when I finish with her next month

I did my first fitbod workout today and enjoyed it. I'm debating buying it (it's £70 for the year)
