Any suggestions on best multi-vitamins to take whilst pregnant that doesn't cost a fortune please?
This time around I am going to continue to exercise 5 times a week as I have been doing the last few months and slowing down in t3 or when I need to but continuing as much as I can to keep active throughout my pregnancy this time around.Doing nothing on my D's really didn't help atall, so any supplements, suggestions and or advice you may have would be really appreciated, thankyou for taking the time to in advance.

Whichever you pick, make sure to also supplement with an Omega 3 (EPA-DHA) capsule as well. 27 days after conception, you no longer need folic acid, so your needs really depend on your diet.

Good on you for having an active pregnancy. I did it too up until the very last week.

Best multi-vitamin for what deficiency???

If you have a balanced diet, you don't need supplements- except folic acid till 3mths.

What do you feel you are low on or need extra vitamins for OP?

I took pregnacare maxi vitamins with the omega 3 capsules... no idea what others consider to be the best there just what I took during all 3 pregnancies ... my gp and midwife care seemed happy enough
