YouTube yoga classes

Does anybody do any yoga classes online that they can point me in the direction of?

Yoga with Adriene. She is so nice and gently motivates. Usually a 30 day programme you can do. Lots for free on her youtube channel.

I do yoga with Kassandra videos 3 x a week. My strength and tone has really improved. She explains poses really well.

I found Adrienne too waffly. You’d be holding the pose on one side while she waffled on for 5 mins and then do the next side for just 40 seconds or something. It all left me feeling really uneven!

I like Yoga with Kassandra too. I also found that Adrienne talks too much.

I do like adriene but echo finding the waffling and therefore uneven poses a bit annoying.
