I have peloton bike and treadmill at home - love their hiit classes on both. Also their pilates floor classes

i also go to reformer pilates which I’ve seen great results from

I love heavy weights! I’m envious of anyone who can run (I’ve done couch to 5k and another PT running program, but it’s not for me). I console myself by getting strong instead.

5k run through my village..

1.5k uphill on tarmac, 1k through beech woods on grass track, then 2.5k downhill back home.

Just far enough to come back zinging, takes 40 mins and normally see deer, hares, pheasants on the way.😊
