Best way to tone, improve strength and heart without losing weight?

I’ve just joined a gym (first time ever!) and want to tone my bum, upper thighs, and stomach, as well as strengthen my heart and improve my general fitness. I’ll probably only have time to do 2 short sessions a week in the gym, plus a bit of swimming. I’m currently early 40s, slightly underweight, and of average fitness. I want to avoid losing any weight. What are the best machines/techniques etc to use?

Using a rowing machine will do all those things and you don’t need to do it for long to get results. Just make sure you use the right technique (lots of videos on YouTube)

I m simply doing simple workouts in my daily life. Running exercise is makes me so fit and strong and also keep my body into healthy. So I never try workout app. Natural ways is a best option to keep the body strong and fit.
