I've 30 days. Even a small reduction will help. What can I do every day to reduce it (in addition to lots of water and no wine)?

calorie reduction.
exercise is beneficial generally but not a quick fix.

Diet, reduce your food intake and it will get smaller. However the plank exercise had the best effects on me if done daily

Toe taps are good for lower abs, I would do daily pilates and reduce calorie intake as much as you can

My small advice is better to stay away from junk food item. Better to add more natural fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily food diet. This will helps to boost your body fitness.

Abs are made (or reduced) in the kitchen, not the gym.

Do these every day, along with the calory controlled high protein + veggies diet, and you'll soon see results.

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Squeeze your back into the ground and draw your navel into your spine using a tiny movement, tightening your core. Engage your abdominal muscles like this for 30 seconds, and then relax. Rest for a few moments and repeat 1–3 times.

Avoiding junk foods and following natural food diet is helps to reduce the pouch.
