Not losing weight. Why?

I am 5ft 4 and approx 13 stone. I have usually lost weight by the classic less in, exercise more. I have been really strictly watching what I eat for over a month and haven't lost anything. I recently had a food sensitivities test as a result of constant irritable bowel type symptoms and as a result , for the last 2 weeks have been really strict at giving up wheat, all dairy and pork products. I have been eating fruit with alpro soy and granola for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch and various things for tea but relatively low calorie things. I do have snacks but very rarely go over the calorie level set on my fitness pal. I have been weighing all the foods and logging them so what is going on? Is it that my body is freaking out with the changes I have made?! I can share screen shots of my entries if anyone thinks that will help

Out of interest, have your bowel symptoms improved? What sensitivity test did you have?

@OctFeb I had one where they test a hair sample. I am aware that some people don't rate them but the results I got made sense. I had always suspected dairy was an issue. My DD and I both did it and both have given up dairy as a result. We feel a million times better and have stopped having upset stomachs after almost every meal.

I don't know whether you set any weight loss goal in your life. Doing simple workouts and following strict food diet will surely gives good results, at the same time you should have some patience. Sometimes weight loss will not happened within a short period of time. Try to following weight loss procedure regularly in your life. Surely you will get a good result.

First, I hat off to your effort and hard work. In my starting stage, I also feel very disappointment, because of not getting expected weight loss results. But right now, I'm feel happy about my workout and also now I achieve my weight loss goal. So don't worry and never lose your hope.
