The Dreaded Bingo Wings

Hi,
Pretty much overnight, I seem to have developed bingo wings.
I'm into youtube-based dumbell exercise, but have clearly neglected this part of my body 😂
Any recs for weights exercises to target this area? Hoping for quickish results...😐

Tricep kickbacks
Diamond (close grip) press ups (on knees if necessary)

Caroline Girvan has a 10 min and a 20 min tricep workout which are good. From what I have read, triceps are quite slow/difficult to shape up, unlike the biceps which seem to respond more quickly to exercise.
