Wimbledon 22 tickets, who’s paid?

Not sure if this is the right place to post, sorry if it isn’t.
I was lucky enough to win tickets in the draw. I’m sure the email said something like ‘log into My Wimbledon, say yes and we’ll ask for payment mid April’. I’m certain I followed the process but I still haven’t been asked to pay.
There’s nothing on My Wimbledon. I don’t know anyone else who got seats so I can’t ask.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Yup, and also feeling a bit uneasy as to whether I've missed an email along the way.

The payment window for paying for ballot tickets closed a few weeks ago now.
unfortunately since you missed the window the tickets you were allocated in the ballot will have been put up for general sale last week.

Yes I had to pay for my ballot tickets back in February I’m afraid.

I'm in the same boat.. ran the ticket office last week and the message said that emails would be sent this week

So fingers crossed!

I also paid for my ballot tickets in Feb.

Gosh, very mixed messages. I only received the confirmation that I was successful in the ballot on March 17th and there wasn’t a pay now option.

Same here! Allocated tickets in the ballot, accepted them and am sure the email said a payment email would come mid April but nothing so far 😬

Ok so I have phoned the helpline.
The payment date for tickets allocated in the public ballot has now closed

If you were allocated tickets via the LTA as I was , then the email requesting payment will be sent out "very soon"

I checked my emails and I was only notified that I had been allocated tickets on 17th March so definitely couldn't pay in Feb!!

It looks like you were maybe offered second chance ballot tickets then,
basically the people got allocated tickets the first time had to pay in feb, those who didn’t pay in time those tickets go back into the pot and they have a certain amount of backup ballot names to offer them to before any left over go up for general sale.

it’s always mid March when they are offered, after the first payment window in feb closes and before the rest of the tickets go on general sale in mid April.

usually your get the payment email within a week of the email telling you that you’d been allocated tickets and you get ten days from that to pay.

The rest of the tickets went on general sale two weeks ago so you should definitely been given the chance to buy them before that.

I’ve been told that my tickets were offered from my tennis club ballot rather than the general ballot. Until the pandemic clubs were offered a certain number which they could allocate to their players in a club draw in April but now the LTA do the draw themselves.
Hoping to pay this week.

Yes that's correct @FridayNightisGinNight ... mine will be through my club or the new volunteers ballot. When are you going ? I'm going first Monday, court 1

My tickets were from the 2020 ballot, carried over to this year and paid for in Feb. Day 1 centre Court, so excited!

Still nothing yet @wizzler . DD and I are hoping to go 1st Wednesday on centre court. Wouldn’t it be great to watch Alcaraz?

Nothing here either @FridayNightisGinNight . I was out last night with some tennis folk .. a couple of them were in the same boat. Nothing we can do but hope they sort it out before it starts!
