12 months PP
put on 2.5 stone ( not including the baby)
have lost 3.8 stone now!( thanks to slow and steady weight loss , then a continuing illness made me drop further than i wanted ,and quickly!)
my butt was muscly and not big, before
AFTER Baby, it was flatter but still present!
NOW its a saggy , wrinkly sad pile of skin! 😫
help! Will lunges help? Squats? Will i build muscle to "fill out" the skin again?
I cannot think of being ina swimsuit on holiday with the butt of an 80 year old ex-pat on the beach! Im mortified! I actually look fine after pregnancy, until i turn around!!
