There is so much choice I don’t know where to begin. I want to improve strength, tone up a bit and pull in my stomach.

I'd like to follow something progressive, that gets harder but again, I just don't know where to begin, how much I should be doing.
What are the best and most effective pilates resources I can access please?
(I can't get to a local class at the moment)

I really like Pilates with Katja on YouTube. She does some 7 day challenges, as well as a 24 day one in December, which might be a good place to start. I used to go to a class but don't have time anymore. I find her videos a really good substitute.

Lottie Murphy. She has free videos on YouTube, she has playlists for beginners as well as a 24 days of Pilates which I like. She also has a membership on her website which has more videos and series if you didn't mind paying.

Great I'll have a look at these. Did one by Nicole pilates this morning and it burned! Which is what I was hoping for, I want it to be challenging as well as relaxing, sometimes some of the beginner videos are so gentle I don't feel it's doing anything.

But for now anyway, I just want to try it out and see what works.

Second Lottie Murphy, and agree about the series, do it twice and see how much you have improved!
