Broken shoulder - but want to maintain some fitness

I'm pushing 60 and a couple of weeks ago fractured my right shoulder. It's got to be immobile for a few weeks then I can start some rehab but will be unlikely to get full function back for at least three months.

Immediately prior to this I was doing Pilates and swimming three times a week - kept me flexible and well. Obviously unable to do either currently - any suggestions around alternatives to prevent de conditioning ? I thought of walking - but that doesn't seem enough

Stationary bike? The lower ones with the supported back

When I broke mine (knocked of my bike by a car), the only thing that didn’t hurt was cycling. So get peddling 😬😬😬
