Hi all, I've recently taken up a gym membership but I am now wondering how I am going to fit it in!

No way I can do mornings as DH often heads out before me and I am not a morning person.

I don't take a lunch break at work or I would need to be there even longer and at the end of the day I am ready for dinner!

How do you fit in regular exercise?

I have a substantial snack late afternoon and go the the gym on the way home from work. I have dinner when I get home - something quick and easy like a stir fry, pasta or even those frozen jacket potatoes that only take 7 mins.
