Sauna, steam room, hot tub question

I have just joined my local gym primarily to swim however there is also a sauna, steam room and hot tub which I fancy trying. I have been in the hot tub but I have not yet braved the steam room or sauna. My question is whether you can use all three in one session and if so in what order and for how long in each? There is a poolside shower to use in between. As you can probably tell I am sauna/steam room naïve!

TIA

You can, but I wouldn't. I'd use either sauna or steam room and hot tub (afterwards) in the same session but not both sauna and steam room. It can take a while to get used to the heat of a sauna (and even that of a steam room) so don't stay in there more than 5 minutes for the first few sessions and be careful when you stand up in case you feel woozy.

hot tub, cool mini shower then sauna, mini cold shower then steam room
