I have 2 young children and for the last 8 months I've been exercising, gradually building up to 4 classes a week, usually HIIT, Circuits, weights class and sometimes spin.
I'm a healthy weight, slim size 6-8 but obviously after 2 pregnancies my stomach has some loose skin. I actually don't think it's that bad but i have a little 'belly pooch' of fat that i just can't get rid of! Has anyone managed to get rid of it?
