Has anyone else experienced having super low calories burned data on Fitbit?
I feel like it can't possibly be right!
You might think I'm in denial here, but the thing is if the Fitbit predictions are right (that I burn like 1300 calories a day) then I would be hugely over weight.
I'm actually 8 stone, small built, slim but not skinny. Weight fluctuates every now and then but hovers around the same mark.
I eat a balanced diet with plenty of treats. Usually over 2000 calories a day. I exercise little, with a short walk or swim a few times a week.
Where are they getting these numbers from?! Is there a way to make it more accurate at all?
