Tell me I don’t need a peloton

Very tempted by a peloton. Are the figures on the website one amount for instalments for the bike and one amount for membership of the app?

There are some on eBay barely used.

I like to run and am lucky enough to have weights at home. But I’m not running enough and it’s cold and dark. Therefore tempted by the convenience of a Peloton.

But is it really gimmicky and over-priced?

I bought a good quality spin bike for £500 in lockdown and used the Pelton app on my laptop. The only thing you miss not having their Pelton bike is being able to live compete with other users on the leaderboard, which I can imagine is actually probably pretty fun. Am glad I didn't splash on the Peleton bike as I have now returned the the gym, and my flat is too hot in summer to use the bike.
I can imagine now that gyms have been reopened a while that there will be lots of second hand bikes available now.

I think after the first episode of the Sex in the City reboot, there might be a few more going cheap on eBay...

We have one. Gets used daily.

I have cheap spin bike and have app pay £12.99 month! I love it! I would love the actual bike but i know thats just not an option at moment, started a boxing class this week, there is a community feel and love the instructors motivational style when doing a class. If u dont like the motivational style its definitely not for u

I did think this is so bizarre, its a fictional character! It seems crazy to me why their shares went down!
