Best home treadmill

Hi all, we are looking to purchase a treadmill to help us get fit and lose weight but don't really know where to start. There's so many choices.

We have a budget of around 1000 to 1500. No storgae concerns. It will become a permanent fixture in our garage.

I'd initially like to use the machine to do the couch25K challenge, build up some stamina and maybe push towards 10k on a steeper incline.

Any recommendations??
