I'm so achy and stiff, I feel I need to do something - I've tried yoga and pilates before and really don't enjoy it, but think it will probably help me so I should just do it.
Ideally I would like to do ten minutes a day so I can fit it in before work - with a video that starts with real beginners and progresses each session. I've had recommendations of people to watch on YouTube but they all have so many videos I don't know which one to start with. I kind of need a step by step - do this one, then this one type thing IYSWIM.
